These Hands Maker’s Collective was founded in 2018 by artist of all-the-things Denise Ambrosi as a central space to foster creativity and community in the epicenter of LA. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into the community we have today.
These Hands features a wonderful sunlit area for hang outs, workshops, artists in residence, work desks for makers and supplies and crafts for purchase.
Our beautiful soaring space is centrally located at 13347 W. Washington Blvd at the crossroads of Venice, Culver City and Marina del Rey.

What People Are Saying
”Working with Denise was the highlight of my workshop teaching. She is warm and welcoming - able to put all the participants at ease and make sure they have a good time so that I can focus on teaching! Denise thinks of every detail so that the day goes smoothly and has a gift for connecting teachers with her community. I always feel like I am in good hands when I schedule to teach an event with These Hands!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed the classes I took with Anne Weil. Really appreciate that you are using local teachers and well-known teachers are also coming to you. I can’t wait until the time in person classes will resume, but until then looking forward to trying the virtual classes coming up. "
"I went to the paper mache one and loved it!! Love the size and length and hands on help, and ability to take instructions home."
