Class Description:
Let's talk landscapes! In this class you'll learn all about how to use perspective, layering, and color to make realistic watercolor artworks of your environment. We'll cover ways to simplify complicated shapes and subjects like trees and water as well as techniques to create an interesting landscape composition. Want to get into plein air painting? You'll also get a chance to see what materials I recommend for painting your landscapes in the great outdoors. After all of these tips, you'll have some time to paint a landscape of your very own with as much hands-on help from artist/instructor, Annie Brown, as you'd like.
Feel free to bring a reference image to use for your final painting. Not sure what to paint? No worries! Some landscape images will also be provided.

Materials will be provided.

Age Group: Adult

Level: Some watercolor experience is preferred but not required. New to watercolor? Try out the Watercolor 101 class first!
