Description:
This intro workshop is for anyone interested in learning the art of stained glass. Each student will learn how to create a stained glass piece from start to finish and will leave the class with their very own stained glass creation.
Teaching Artist Rachel Burnstein of Bad Glass Shop will lead this workshop & provide assistance for each students needs. Your 4 hour class will focus on a stained glass project- a suncatcher, a wall hanging, or a mirror- all provided by Rachel.
Students are also encouraged to bring their own project ideas if they have them. After selecting their glass, students can expect to cut and grind, foil, and solder their glass pieces together. No prior experience is required & all materials will be provided.
