Class Description:

Sometimes, at the end of the day, you just need to take it easy. This will be a soothing class that will let you reflect on the day with some nice twinkly music, a cup of herbal tea, and some lightly guided coloring. You'll get a paper with the pictured giclée printed design on it that you can fill in however you please (or you can draw freely!) while artist / instructor Annie Brown helps give tips on how to blend, layer, and play with waxy colored pencils. Think of it as an adult coloring book and a meditation class all rolled into one. By the end of the evening, you'll have a soothed mind, happy hands, and a new piece of art! 

All materials will be provided. 

About the Artist:

Annie Brown is a Los Angeles-based artist with a love for works on paper. Her work in watercolor, colored pencil, and charcoal focuses on contemporary realism that highlights the beauty of the objects, places, and creatures we see every day. She believes in the accessibility of art and that workshops should be educational with plenty of room for exploration and play.
